Once you have submitted a booking request form, I will reach out via your preferred form of contact within 1-3 business days. You will provide ideal times for a meet & greet and I will confirm your personalized rate.

During our meet & greet, I will provide you with a mandatory emergency booking information form that includes house security information, vet clinic preferences, emergency contacts, etc. After filling this out, I will confirm your service and request a 50% deposit. Payment in full is welcomed but a 50% deposit must be paid at time of confirmation to avoid miscommunication or conflict. The remaining payment can be made anytime up to 1 day after the service window has been completed.

In the case that you need to cancel your meet & greet, please give at least 12 hours notice and if you have not done so yet, please review my business policies, cancellation terms, and general terms of service. Thank you again, and I look forward to speaking with you!
